General information

Walls of the house are built of massive concrete and FIBO bricks. Walls of front are insulated with rockwool and rendered. Special layer for insulating sounds is used for ceilings and floors. Windows are made in wooden cases, with reduced heat loss. In the Windows of mansard floor double windows are put in.
The height of the ceiling in flats – 3m.
There is loudspeaker is in every flat.
It is possible to build fire-place in mansard floor.
There is modern planning in the flats, kitchen is merged with living-room, flats with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are offered for choice. Common use premises are covered with tiles, which pattern form a mosaic. Stairs are covered with especially solid decorative chips. Handrails are equiped with exquisite holder of massive aspen. Light has been switched on with sensor of movement. In each staircase especially quiet elevators KONE have been constructed (decoration of stainless steel, capacity – 8 persons).

Decoration of flats

• Rendered and painted (Sadolin) walls and ceiling of stone.
• Floor covering (tiles, 3-layer wooden parquet, laminated floor)

  • Ceiling and floor are covered with tiles;
  • Bath or shower cabine;
  • Sink with mixer;
  • Toilet bowl;
  • Actuators of light, water and drainage for washing machine;

  • In case of additional toilet unit – toilet bowl and sink with mixer
• Metal outer door with one key
• Wooden plywood donors in inner premises
• Low-power and electrical sockets and switches made by Siemens
• Telephone line, satellite TV, Internet in the living-room
• One light actuator in each room
• Warmth and water meters
