Liepas is the only project in Latvia which before starting construction works carried out multidisciplinary scientific tests on specific geophysic properties of the perspective building area. Architects have planned the building according to the research results and the house is built according with the nature laws, so that health and mood of the tenants are positively affected by the nature’ s energy. This has already been appreciated by existing tenants and they mention that it is easy to breathe in Liepas and its surroundings and living here is like in a calm harbour.

But the way how the place for the house was chosen is not the only aspect of Liepas eco philosophy. During construction works were used nature-friendly materials and technologies which ensure the most economical spent of the resources such as water, energy, and heat.
